1,Product DescriptionThe monitoring points of high voltage electrical devices are all in environment of high voltage, high current and strong magnetic field, some monitoring points are even in closed space. Due to the strong electromagnetic noise, high voltage insulation and space limitation, common temperature measuring method cannot be used.
TMS3000 wireless temperature monitoring system developed and designed independently for electrical temperature monitoring. Using radio waves for signal transmission, the sensor which is installed on the high voltage device, can transfer temperature information to the host. Thus the system fundamentally solves the problem to monitor the operation temperature of high voltage device contact on real-time and on-line.2,Wireless Temp Sensor The wireless temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature of the surfaces or contacts of high voltage charged devices, such as operation temperature of the exposed contacts within the high voltage switchgear, the bus connectors, the outdoor isolators and transformers. A wireless temperature sensor consists of a temperature sensor, a signal conditioning amplifier, a logical control circuit and a wireless modulation interface (as shown in the figure below).
